This service is for blind people, so the site has to work for them first.
Our commitment
- We build to WCAG 2.2 AA.
- We design for VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS, and testing with blind screen-reader users is part of our launch plan.
- Ordering, invitations and your account all work without JavaScript.
- There are no CAPTCHAs, ever.
Tactile design
- Relief height: smooth relief about 2 to 3 mm deep on embossed prints, and deeper on plaques, so shapes can be traced by touch.
- Orientation marker: a raised triangle in the top-left corner marks up.
- Braille label on every piece.
- A written text description goes with every relief.
